Alun and George fitted electrics to our exterior workshop. The work was carried out very efficiently over two days. Alun explained everything very well and gave excellent advice. Very happy with the work carried out by Alun and his son George. From the offset it was obvious they were competent and knew their trade. Communication was good and they were punctual and reliable. Builders who were working at our house at the time commented on how neat their chasing out of old wiring was. Work was of a high standard and relevant electrical certificates were issued on completion of work. Would 100% recommend.

I contacted Alun at Decksmart Electrical yesterday evening to advise that my power kept tripping when a specific fusebox switch was turned on. Alun responded saying he could be with me in the morning - talk about a quick response time! Alun arrived promptly and identified the issue within five minutes. The issue was resolved within the same amount of time. Having uses his services before, Alun is great at explaining the issue in plain English without jargon, and always provides helpful suggestions to prevent reoccurences. I would not hesitate to recommend him; a true professional!

I can't recommend Decksmart highly enough to anybody who is looking for an excellent, professional service. I am thrilled with the extensive work that was needed here. I had three lights, an electric hob and oven to be changed. The original oven was not wired direct to the electric box. We have an old house with very thick walls so this was a large job. Alan and George were lovely they did a great job. They worked non stop till the job was finished. Very clean and tidy. I recommend them for any electrical job that you need.
